In 1980 Dom Edmund Jones founded the Monastery of Christ our Saviour within the Abbey.
Today the Abbey is also the home of The Turvey Institute. The nuns produce beautiful embroideries and garments with a religious theme. They have also published a number of books of devotional writing.
